Returns Policy
You are welcome to lodge a return request within 30 days of your parcel being delivered, via our contact form to arrange your return. Once your return has been approved, you will be forwarded instructions on how and where to return your order.
Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund, credit note or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 21 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact St. Agni customer support for any additional guidance on size and fit.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it.
We strongly advise that you keep record of your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.
Faulty Items:
If you have received an order with faulty or damaged goods, please reach out to us via our contact form as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty, we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).
